Community Guidelines

Background

Community Guidelines

Our Culture. Our Space. Our Responsibility.

iLive Radio Network is not just a platform.
It is a shared space.

We exist to create a home for culture, creativity, and community.
Belonging and integrity guide everything we build.

If you are here, you are part of that responsibility.

1. Lead With Integrity

Integrity is our foundation.

We expect:

  • Honesty in how you show up

  • Respect in how you speak

  • Accountability in how you act

If something does not align with integrity, it does not belong here.

2. Protect the Space

This platform is built for safety and belonging.

You agree to:

  • Speak with respect

  • Critique ideas, not people

  • Avoid harassment, bullying, or intimidation

  • Avoid discriminatory or hateful language

  • Avoid ego-driven behavior that disrupts community tone

We do not tolerate behavior that makes others feel unsafe.

3. No Performance for Status

This is not a stage for ego competition.

We discourage:

  • Self-promotion that overwhelms community dialogue

  • Attempts to dominate conversations

  • Status-seeking behavior

We encourage:

  • Contribution

  • Collaboration

  • Curiosity

  • Generosity

4. Artists and Creators Are To Be Respected

We are a culture-driven community.

Artists, DJs, presenters, and contributors deserve:

  • Respectful engagement

  • Thoughtful feedback

  • Encouragement, not exploitation

Do not use this platform to harvest attention or undermine others.

5. Contribution Over Consumption

iLive is not passive.

You are invited to:

  • Share ideas

  • Support others

  • Participate in conversations

  • Show up for live moments

Belonging grows when we contribute.

6. Stewardship

Some members may serve as stewards or moderators.

Their role is to:

  • Protect safety

  • Maintain tone

  • Uphold integrity

If a steward intervenes, it is to protect the space — not to silence voices.

7. Enforcement

If behavior violates our standards, we may:

  • Remove content

  • Issue warnings

  • Restrict participation

  • Suspend or remove accounts

These decisions are made to preserve community safety and integrity.

8. This Is a Home

Home means:

  • You don’t have to posture.

  • You don’t have to compete.

  • You don’t have to perform.

  • You are seen.

  • You are respected.

  • You matter.

If your behavior disrupts that feeling for others, it does not belong here.

9. Evolution

This platform will grow and evolve.

Our commitment remains constant:

Integrity.
Safety.
Belonging.

We invite you to help protect and shape this space responsibly.
